About the JobAs a Mental Health Therapist, you will:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents and young adults, addressing their mental health needs and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science, such as clinical social work, clinical psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Licensure as a licensed clinician in the state of Maryland (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or provisional licensure (LGPC, LSW, LGMFT).
- Previous experience working with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
