Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments and providing therapeutic guidance in a private practice setting.

Clinical Assessments and Therapy:

  • Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest client caseload
  • Conduct a limited caseload of assessments for our clients, working closely with our Director of Clinical Psychology

Mentorship and Supervision:

  • Provide mentorship to Associate licensed therapists, reviewing case notes and ensuring high standards of client care
  • Supervise therapists to ensure clinical and billing accuracy, working in conjunction with our Clinical Director

Community Engagement:

  • Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic's mission of filling gaps in mental health services

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Psychology required
  • Licensure: Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas
  • Experience: Experience in mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations

Skills:

  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
