Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team in a beautiful setting in Cypress/Copperfield. As a PhD Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing clinical assessments and therapy, providing mentorship to Associate licensed therapists, and supervising billing. You will work closely with our Director of Clinical Psychology and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Clinical Assessments and Therapy: Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest client caseload.
- Psychological Assessments: Conduct a limited caseload of Assessments for our clients.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship to Associate licensed therapists, review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation.
- Billing Supervision: Supervise Therapists to ensure clinical/billing accuracy.
- Coordination: Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and CD to provide comprehensive care.
- Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic's mission of filling gaps in mental health services.
- Competitive Pay: Base hourly pay and commission splits with flexibility in setting individual schedules.

- Education: PhD in Psychology required.
- Licensure: Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas.
- Experience: Experience in mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills, proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
