Job Summary:

We are seeking an On-Call Promotions Clerk to represent the Tuscany Casino, assist guests, and facilitate promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new guests with Players Club membership and maintain and update guest accounts as needed.
  • Promote the success of the Players Club by explaining its marketing tool to guests, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating its various methods of use.
  • Record information on new customers and update computer files as needed.
  • Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
  • Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints, referring to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club to effectively explain all aspects to guests.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing clientele and environment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company facilities and special events to advise guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Conduct all responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
  • Adhere to performance standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo, and card games a plus.
  • Computer experience with database.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Positive customer service, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain positive guest relations, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to greet guests in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Neat, clean appearance is a must.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
