Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team in Danbury, CT. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide critical support to our hospital operations and commercial counsel matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on Joint Commission, CMS, and Fraud and Abuse regulations
- Draft and negotiate physician services agreements
- Assist the Procurement team with provider, IT, and Procurement contracts
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare space
- Hospital operations experience required
- Contracts experience required, bonus for experience with IT/Procurement contracts
