About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at LaCrosse Footwear. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a timely and professional manner, providing honest and confident feedback on merchandise style and fit.
  • Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for customers, setting and achieving personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, actively learning and demonstrating the Danner culture in all actions and words.
  • Ensure stock is replenished, displays are neat and rotated, and workspaces are clean and tidy, performing opening and closing duties as requested.
  • Track and achieve expected KPI metrics at individual and store level, performing other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
  • A natural passion for serving others and creating customer loyalty, with strong customer empathy and the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
  • Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with POS, basic MS Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience fitting footwear and brand knowledge of Danner a plus.
