Job Summary:
Sandstone Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Director to lead our Adolescent Treatment Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations, developing and implementing treatment programs, and supervising clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of adolescent clients.
- Supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
- Recruit, hire, and develop clinical staff, ensuring that team members meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles for optimal client care.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of therapists and healthcare professionals to foster a supportive environment and maintain consistent communication with staff.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practitioner in the state of Virginia (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) setting.
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.
- Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Joint Commission) as well as program development.

- Interview with Hiring Manager: You'll have a 1-hour onsite interview with the Regional Clinical Director.
