Office Manager Bookkeeper

Michelangelo Designs, a renowned Italian furniture importer and distributor, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Bookkeeper Office Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date, and providing exceptional support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all employee benefits are up-to-date
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Develop and implement financial procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- 1+ year of bookkeeping experience, preferably with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Competitive salary range: $45,000-$55,000/year
