Job Summary

The Busser is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, as well as assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to maximize table turns and maintain restaurant flow
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table set ups
  • Ensure cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
  • Assist guests and team members with inquiries and needs
  • Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints
  • Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
  • Move furniture as directed by management
  • Report and record any breakage
  • Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 18+ years of age
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience
  • Proper lifting techniques
  • Guest relations
  • Sanitation and safety
  • Full service restaurant operations
Working Conditions

The Busser will work in a fast-paced, high-volume full service restaurant environment, exposed to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
