Compliance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Compliance and Grants Management Specialist to join our team at Coal Country Community Health Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our organization operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to executive leadership on compliance matters
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team and network Board of Directors to address grant applications and funding opportunities
• Research and prepare documentation required for funding opportunity announcements
• Organize deadlines for current and ongoing grant opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Business Management, Accounting, Project Management)
• Knowledge of compliance and healthcare policy, with experience in government grants management in a non-profit setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and computer proficiency
