Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth at Coal Country Community Health Center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare financials and previous FQHC experience, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to improve the organization's financial position.
  • Manage and control all financial-related activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams within the accounting and finance department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, leadership teams, and the board of directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local grant requirements and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or financial management or healthcare administration (or equivalent experience in senior account roles).
  • Healthcare industry and FQHC experience is preferred.
  • Federal, State and Local grant knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully foster new and maintain current business relationships.
