Position Overview:
The Senior Audio-Visual Installation Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for executing a diverse range of installation tasks on technology projects for clients. This position serves as the primary field representative, ensuring the successful implementation of advanced audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute installation duties on various technology projects, including:
    - Displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, and equipment racks.
2. Collaborate with project management and field supervisors to understand project requirements and deliverables.
3. Interpret technical drawings to establish the foundation for finished systems.
4. Lead and mentor junior technicians, setting high standards for quality and performance.
5. Ensure compliance with quality control standards set by the organization and clients.
6. Oversee field operations in the absence of a dedicated on-site supervisor.
7. Conduct physical installations across diverse environments, demonstrating adaptability and technical proficiency.
8. Perform cabling terminations and manage equipment rack preparations, including:
    - Installation of power strips, grounding bars, and jack-fields.
9. Maintain a high level of technical performance while demonstrating flexibility in work schedules, including potential overtime and weekend commitments.
10. Provide regular feedback to supervisors and maintain detailed records of time and project activities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- AVIXA CTS Certification preferred; CTS-I Certification highly desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation or related fields.
- Familiarity with LED video walls and a variety of audio, video, and networking equipment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular exposure to construction site conditions, requiring:
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.
- Frequent mobility around job sites and use of ladders.
- Compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Travel Requirements:
Frequent local travel to job sites is expected, with occasional remote travel as needed. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
