About the Role:

  • Prospect and sell AT&T services to current customers within a rotational territory in and around the greater Houston area.
  • Drive solutions that fit our customers' lifestyles, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
  • Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, AT&T.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with AT&T products and services to effectively promote and sell them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
