OSL Retail Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our residential sales within assigned neighborhoods by promoting AT&T services.
About the Role:
- Prospect and sell AT&T services to current customers within a rotational territory in and around the greater Houston area.
- Drive solutions that fit our customers' lifestyles, delivering a best-in-class customer service experience.
- Attend weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
- Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of our client, AT&T.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with AT&T products and services to effectively promote and sell them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
