Typical Day in the Life
As an Audit Support Specialist, your daily tasks may include the following:
- Prepare and format audit documentation, including financial reports, utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Draft general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, proposals, and other documents as needed.
- Review all materials for accuracy in spelling, grammar, and layout, implementing necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with management to ensure that all documents adhere to Firm and/or client-specific formatting guidelines.
- Employ ProSystem fx Engagement software to execute a variety of tasks.
- Compile and organize reports, company materials, and client documents as directed.
- Conduct thorough reviews of final reports prior to client distribution.
- Manage and prioritize incoming tasks to meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional administrative duties for the audit department and office as required.
Qualifications:

- You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and can effectively utilize advanced features.
- You excel in a high-volume, dynamic work setting.
- You are detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- You are adept at multitasking and consistently meet deadlines.
- You uphold the highest professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality.
- You are willing to work overtime when necessary.
- You enjoy collaborating with a team while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- You have 3-5 years of prior administrative support experience.
- Experience in an accounting firm is advantageous.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Compensation
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly adheres to all local/state regulations regarding salary range disclosures. Final compensation decisions are based on factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
