Key Responsibilities- First Point of Contact: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IT-related questions and issues, and will handle 1st level IT support in our ticketing system.
- Technical Guidance and Training: You will provide expert advice and training to clients on various IT systems, including Office 365.
- Hardware and Software Procurement and Management: You will be responsible for procuring, installing, and managing hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.
- System Administration: You will assist in the administration of our heterogeneous client/server landscape, including Windows, Linux, VMware, Veeam, network, and telephone systems.
- IT Projects: You will work on various IT projects to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Technical Expertise: You must have at least 3 years of practical experience in technical IT support and an IT education, such as a degree in computer science or IT systems management.
- Language Skills: You must have excellent German language skills (at least C1) and be able to work on-site.
- Technical Skills: You must be proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration, and have good knowledge of networking, virtualization, and IT security.
- Experience: You must have some experience with MS Server, Active Directory, software distribution, and mobile devices.
- Soft Skills: You must be service-oriented and have good communication skills.
