Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications, oxygen, and injections with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional care to clients by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management.
  • Deliver professional nursing services, including direct care in health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living, treatment, and prevention of illness.
  • Assess patient conditions and chart patient care.
  • Participate in staff training and maintain infection control standards.
  • Support clients with Vent Care, G-Tube Care, and/or Tracheostomy Care.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license to practice.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills.
  • 1-year practical nursing experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Reliability, dependability, and punctuality are essential.
  • Experience working with developmentally and intellectually disabled individuals is a plus.
  • References and proof of employment authorization and identity required.
  • Ability to apply the Justice Center's Code of Conduct.
  • Strong recreational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet program needs.
