Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate mixers, bread slicers, ovens, and proof boxes to ensure efficient production.

  • Load and unload deliveries, and handle and ship bakery products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an environment with varying temperatures.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on their feet for extended periods.

Additional Requirements
  • Internal candidates must have a minimum of six months employment with Schnucks Markets.
  • Store/Facility Teammates must be in good standing and have manager approval based on performance.
