Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and decorate cakes, tarts, and pastries using a variety of techniques and ingredients.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, ingredients, and production processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our bakery products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-12 months retail or restaurant experience.
  • Complete the bakery decorator apprentice training program, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience within a professional bakery or grocery retail, preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
