About the Role
As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional magnetic resonance imaging services to diverse patients. Your role will involve performing imaging procedures with precision and compassion, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures.
- Prepare and position patients and equipment with utmost care.
- Gather comprehensive patient histories and obtain informed consent.
- Clearly explain procedures to patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain effective communication with Radiologists and team members.
- Adhere to established standards and practices under Radiologist supervision.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiology program.
- Associate Degree and Registered Technologist certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist in the State of Florida.
- Minimum one year of experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
