We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Imaging Team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging services to patients. Key Responsibilities- Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Prepare and position patients and equipment with care and attention to detail.
- Complete a thorough patient history and obtain informed consent.
- Explain procedures being performed in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Maintain effective communication with radiologists and other team members.
- Follow established standards and practices under the direction of a radiologist.
- Graduate of a two-year AMA-approved School of Radiology.
- Associate Degree.
- Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist, State of Florida.
- One year of experience (preferred).
HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL. We are a state-designated Level II trauma center and have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement, and inpatient rehabilitation.
