POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Available for both full-time and part-time positions (experience with a wok is preferred).
- Responsible for setting up and stocking food items and essential supplies.
- Prepare food items through cutting, chopping, mixing, and sauce preparation.
- Cook food items using various methods such as grilling, frying, and sautéing, adhering to specified recipes and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of each shift.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain food storage logs.
