Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and make a real-world impact on our business and Card Members.
  • Create effective strategies, systems, and processes to drive business growth.
  • Implement statistical manufacturing tools and consulting techniques in the finance industry.
  • Work as a team member in a large engineering organization of IEs, Analysts, and Project Managers.
  • Experience diversified opportunities at our service center, including diverse career growth opportunities horizontally and vertically within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program as a sophomore or junior with a graduation date between December 2025 – June 2027.
  • Ability to communicate verbally clearly and consistently and in writing with superiors and peers.
  • Adept at root cause and quantitative analysis using analytical skills.
  • Understanding of continuous process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to work independently or in teams.
