About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Manager to join our Power Delivery Services team at Leidos. As a CAD Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our drafting team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality drawings and documents to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of CAD operators to ensure the delivery of high-quality drawings and documents
  • Develop and implement CAD standards and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that drawings and documents meet client requirements
  • Provide training and support to CAD operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and report on team performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CAD management, preferably in the power delivery industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and MicroStation
