Culinary Role Overview

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our residents. This role requires a versatile individual who can support the dining department team in all areas, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and dishwashing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality for our residents.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Follow recipes consistently and make adjustments based on resident requests.
  • Communicate with wait staff and accommodate guests' special requests.
  • Support the Director of Dining in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
