About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to producing essential plasma-derived medicines for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation.
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of the product.
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
