Customer Service Professional for Pet Transport and Care

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a full-time Driver/Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting pets to and from clinics and client's homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and forms, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
