What You'll Do:

  • Welcome customers into our store and assist them with finding the right products for their projects.
  • Share your knowledge of building materials, offering expert advice and recommendations to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for packages and projects, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, providing a seamless checkout experience.
  • Follow up on online customer quotes and engage with potential leads through phone calls.
  • Collaborate with our Outside Sales Representatives to support their efforts and provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
  • Contribute to inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving any discrepancies.
