Job Summary:
Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized therapy services to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on strength, mobility, and pain management.
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- Valid License or Certification in the State of Maine.
- Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program.
- Current CPR Certification Required.
