Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all team deliverables align with risk management protocols.

- Conduct reviews of constructability, biddability, schedules, and budgets during the preconstruction phase.
- Provide support for design projects through constructability assessments.
- Demonstrate a consistent history of delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in heavy civil engineering or construction management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Professional registration or certification in engineering is advantageous.
- Extensive management experience in overseeing large and complex civil projects.
- Proven ability to lead project teams of 5 or more specialized staff.
- Strong foresight and judgment in addressing project challenges.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually (dependent on experience).
