**Accolades Physician Search** is excited to present an opportunity for an OBGYN physician to join our client's well-established multispecialty group in the beautiful Sacramento area of Northern California.
The practice is comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers, with plans to add 3 more physicians. The call schedule is 1:5, utilizing OBGYN locums until fully staffed.
We are seeking an experienced OBGYN physician who can provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our team. Responsibilities include performing laparoscopy, minimally invasive hysterectomy skills, and prescribing contraception. Experience with tubal ligation and IUD insertion is preferred, as well as ultrasound viability scan experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary guarantee of $396,300 for 18 months, followed by a productivity model (WRVU) starting month 19. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $85,000, student loan assistance of $100,000, and relocation assistance of $20,000.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage paid by the practice, a 401(k) plan with matching after one year, and access to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) site. Our hospital is a not-for-profit faith-based facility with a 105-bed acute care unit, designated as baby-friendly, and featuring a family birth center with private suites and labor tubs.
**Estimated Salary:** $396,300 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
