We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Clerk to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Credit Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing credit applications, interacting with various departments, and providing accurate and timely information to the Credit Department.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate credit applications using telephonic and written communication, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of files and information.
- Coordinate transfer of credit information to casino and finance departments.
- Assist in collection duties and information filing and processing.
- Prepare credit correspondence, both internal and external.
- Work with management to maintain applicable gaming lists and files.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous casino cage or credit experience required.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Knowledge of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act and casino computer systems.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and make effective decisions.
The Credit Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with various departments and individuals. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
