Cyber Security Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at Parsons. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Special and Compartmented Access Security Programs, including interpreting security policies and procedures, and providing operational continuity of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with government agencies and senior corporate companies to ensure the protection of sensitive information and personnel.
- Maintain database entries, program access requests, and program access rosters.
- Conduct quality assurance on products, documents, deliverables, and correspondence prior to release to customers.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external senior level government customers.
- Investigate and prepare impact statements and provide recommendations on security violations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
- Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
- Experience operating in CAP/SAP environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior customers and peers to achieve goals.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays.
