Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our Federal Solutions team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security engineering and experience working with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53 Risk Management Framework.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to systems developers, administrators, and other IT specialists to ensure timely implementation of IT security standards.
- Document and manage system security documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Assist in selecting minimum-security controls to prevent security breaches and document them in the security plan.
- Conduct security testing and verify the implementation of security controls.
- Review vulnerability scans and identify problem sources; recommend solutions or corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY clearance.
- Minimum 5 years of security engineering experience.
- Certified in a DOD 8570 IAM Level II baseline certification.
Benefits:
- $117,000 - $210,600 salary range.
