We offer 15 hours of therapy per week, with nursing staff continuing interventions practiced in therapy sessions to ensure safe mobility. Scope of WorkThe RN, under the ANA scope of practice, utilizes the nursing process to provide professional care. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients. Our RNs work collaboratively with patients and families to develop personalized plans of care, incorporating patient input and goals. We prioritize patient education and provide teaching strategies to promote health and well-being.

- Associates or Diploma in Nursing is required.
- Bachelors in Nursing is required within 5 years for GN or RN with less than 1 year of experience.
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) is required within 60 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire from one of the following organizations - American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke.
