Human Services Assistant for File Management

Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking a detail-oriented Human Services Assistant to manage files in a secure environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering sensitive information into databases, fulfilling file requests, and maintaining a high level of organization.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $32,760.00, which may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience. You will work Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the department.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter sensitive information into databases
* Fulfill file requests in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds, bend, climb step ladders, and knowledge of pallet jacks is a plus
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
