Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work closely with our Speech Language Pathologists to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in K-12 settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for students
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement speech therapy plans in the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
  • Illinois SLPA or SLP license
  • Experience working with students with communication disorders
