You will play a crucial role in defining the visual identity of marketing materials, both online and offline, as well as supporting in-house design requirements while enhancing the overall brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop diverse promotional materials for digital platforms, print media, social channels, events, and other communication formats.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their vision for communication materials.
  • Design or integrate illustrations, images, and graphics that align with the intended theme and message.
  • Prepare drafts for evaluation and implement revisions based on feedback.
  • Conduct final checks on productions to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Update and create web pages on WordPress, ensuring compatibility across devices.
  • Adhere to and uphold the Stukent Branding Guidelines.
  • Suggest innovative strategies and creative concepts to enhance the promotion of Stukent products.
  • Continuously refine graphic design skills and seek opportunities for professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, XD, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in web design utilizing WordPress and Elementor.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and HTML5 advertising.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative mindset with adaptability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and critique.
  • Capability to design for both print and digital formats at various scales.
  • Positive and diligent work ethic.
