Staff Pharmacist

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Support the management and oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
- Develop and implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy
- Lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
- Implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals and adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes
- Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment
- Actively contribute to a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
