Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Systems Engineer to join our team at Apex Ventures. As a key member of our cabin systems team, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and validation of electronic systems and applications in the aircraft cabin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative electronic cabin systems
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and ensure compliance
  • Develop system specifications and define system architectures
  • Design and calculate electrical networks in the aircraft cabin
  • Define and execute flight tests, analyzing test reports to ensure system performance
  • Act as a liaison between customers and supplier management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, aircraft systems engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of technical specifications and test reports is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with development processes (DO-178, DO-254, and ARP4754) and qualification standards (e.g. DO-160) is a plus
  • Python knowledge is an asset
