We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support our team of engineers, surveyors, and administrative professionals. This role involves overseeing network and server management, workstation setup, electronic device maintenance, and IT troubleshooting. Work will be primarily based in our Collinsville, IL office with occasional travel to branch offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 24/7 network infrastructure, including server updates, backups, disaster recovery, and off-site storage.
  • Manage over 100 workstations, ensuring timely setup, imaging, and maintenance.
  • Oversee electronic devices, including mobile VPN and remote access setup, updates, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate software licensing, installation, and updates, working closely with project managers on needs, purchases, and renewals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant field.
  • Experience with VMware management, 365 management, and network administration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
