Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including taking orders and delivering drinks.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized in accordance with company standards.
  • Accurately manage cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Prepare, mix, and serve beverages directly to guests or through serving staff.
  • Develop an efficient work pace to ensure guest satisfaction in both the bar and dining areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Effective reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
