Position Overview:

The role of the PM Server is crucial in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their stay. This position involves serving and assisting guests with their beverage needs in a timely and courteous manner, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including taking orders and delivering items to guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area in accordance with company standards.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Prepare, mix, and serve drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
  • Develop an efficient work pace to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in bartending or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Strong reading, math, and communication skills.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is essential.
