About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Work under the direction of licensed nurses to perform basic nursing procedures and assist with daily needs of residents.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a Long Term Care/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
