About the Job

Soccer Shots COUS is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy 30-minute soccer sessions for children aged 2-8 in the DC/MD/VA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and fun soccer sessions to children
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other Coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality program
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying schedules and locations
