- Prepare and submit standard legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories in accordance with court protocols.
- Conduct thorough research and evaluation of legal statutes, regulations, and case precedents; deliver comprehensive written summaries and analyses to legal counsel.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, compiling witness lists, and coordinating logistics for court appearances.
- Manage scheduling and communication with witnesses regarding trial dates; may involve conducting preliminary witness interviews.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience may extend to transactional matters (including real estate and corporate law) as well as environmental and regulatory issues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in project and case management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A minimum of four years of experience as a paralegal is required.
- An associate degree is mandatory; an ABA-approved paralegal certification is preferred.
