Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Lead

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for leading a team of ultrasound technologists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of ultrasound technologists and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide education and training to staff on new technologies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Sonography (S).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
