At Ray-Mont Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Craft Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of automated bagging lines and ancillary systems, providing field support for engineering projects, and contributing to a site-level technical training program.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot automated bagging lines and ancillary systems
- Provide technical support for engineering projects to improve equipment reliability and design
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for site personnel
- Document repairs and follow-up on equipment deficiencies using a CMMS system
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Strong electrical theory knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and understand European motor maintenance and installation
- Knowledge of VFD operation and programming, as well as field components such as photocells, switches, and sensors
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read mechanical prints
- Knowledge of belt drives, bearings, conveyor systems, and gearbox maintenance
- Competitive salary with annual raise and overtime paid starting at 40 hours
