Job Title: Engineering Technician

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to work on cutting-edge C4ISR systems? We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team at Serco North America.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support the fabrication, integration, and testing of C4ISR systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and experience working with multi-pin, RF, CAT-5, and fiber connectors and cables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the fabrication, integration, and testing of C4ISR systems
  • Work closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' relevant experience in electrical systems and C4ISR systems
  • Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Navy A School or equivalent electrical training
  • Experience with C-SIF integration
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
