Salary: $25 - $28 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Multifamily Maintenance Professional is responsible for assisting in maintaining the overall appearance and maintenance needs of the community.

  • Assist the maintenance team with daily activities and ensure all work is completed according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate move-in schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Manage open service requests through Onesite and complete work orders within 24-48 hours.
  • Communicate with the Maintenance Manager regarding work status and potential issues.
Responsibilities

The Multifamily Maintenance Professional will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Maintaining a clean and attractive environment around common areas.
  • Picking up trash and debris on the property.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Responding to resident complaints and concerns.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Previous multifamily property experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
Working Conditions

The majority of the workday is spent indoors performing repairs and working with computers. Exposure to seasonal temperatures occurs during summer and winter months.
