Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a variety of heavy-duty equipment, including tow trucks and service vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as towing, roadside assistance, or heavy-duty repair.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
